Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

 Our products are boxed by hand here on the From The Beehive farm (and a lot of our products are hand made too!), so expect to wait 3 - 5 business days for us to prepare your order and our delivery company to deliver it to you. Rest assured, we’ll always try to get your order to you as soon as possible though!

We charge a flat fee of £3.99 for delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland, unfortunately we can’t yet offer Standard delivery outside of the UK. Orders to non-UK Mainland/ Northern Ireland areas placed on the site will be cancelled. We are however happy to talk to you on the phone or email about bespoke bulk orders around the world if you have a preferred local importer.

Orders placed on this site for UK-based orders that are not mainland UK or Northern Ireland (including but not limited to: Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands) should be placed on the phone (using the phone number on our Contact Us page) and are likely to have higher shipping rates, to be calculated on the day that the order is placed.

All parcels are sent through insured parcel couriers. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses given during the ordering process. We cannot guarantee that we can rectify any mistakes made during the ordering process. If a mistake has been made during the ordering process we encourage you to contact us as quickly as possible after the order has been placed, to see if we can amend/ cancel your order.

Return & Refund Policy:

 For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Honey, Beehives.
